The Highfield Classic 340 combines the durability of an aluminium-hull RIB with increased space, power and versatility for use as either a yacht tender or a compact family RIB. Measuring 3.40 m in overall length and 1.72 m in beam, it accommodates up to 6 people and is rated for engines up to 30 hp. Its double-decked aluminium hull keeps the interior practical and comfortable, while the large bow locker provides useful storage. The CL340 can be kept simple as an open tender or configured with a FCT console, allowing owners to tailor the boat to their preferred style of use.

Exterior

The CL340 is built around Highfield's high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull, offering excellent durability without excessive weight. Its double-decked construction provides a practical deck surface, while the large bow locker, full-length keel guard, lifting points and towing eyes make it particularly well suited to regular tender duties. Buyers can also choose between ORCA® Hypalon or PVC tubes.

Interior

A spacious open layout provides room for up to six people while retaining plenty of usable deck space for bags and equipment. The large bow locker keeps gear neatly stored away, and the CL340 can be configured with seating and a FCT steering console for owners who prefer a more conventional driving position instead of tiller steering.

Performance

With engines up to 30 hp and a 15° deadrise, the CL340 provides considerably more performance potential than the smaller Classic tenders while remaining lightweight and easy to manage. Its rigid aluminium hull gives the boat confident handling and durability for everyday tender duties, coastal exploring and recreational use.
