The Highfield Classic 380 is a roomy and versatile aluminium RIB designed to work equally well as a yacht tender or a compact recreational boat. Measuring 3.80 m in overall length and 1.70 m in beam, it accommodates up to 7 people and can be powered by an outboard of up to 30 hp. Its practical open layout provides plenty of room for passengers and equipment, while the choice of FCT or GT console configurations allows the CL380 to be adapted for longer trips and more comfortable recreational use. Highfield specifically positions it as a suitable tender for larger cruisers and catamarans.

Exterior

The CL380 features Highfield's high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull, combined with a full-length keel guard for additional protection. A large bow locker, integrated transom supports, lifting points and towing eyes add practicality for regular tender use. The brushed foam teak-finish deck gives the boat a more refined appearance, while buyers can choose ORCA® Hypalon or PVC tubes.

Interior

The CL380 provides generous usable space for up to seven people and can be kept in its simple open configuration or upgraded with one of two console options. Highfield offers the FCT console and GT console, allowing owners to create a more comfortable driving arrangement while retaining useful passenger and equipment space. A removable seat, bow cushion, bow locker and under-seat storage bag are included among the standard features.

Performance

With a maximum 30 hp outboard and a 15° deadrise, the CL380 combines manageable dimensions with enough performance for more than basic ship-to-shore duties. Its lightweight aluminium construction keeps the boat practical as a tender, while its larger interior and optional console configurations make it well suited to exploring further from the yacht.
