The Highfield Classic 400 brings greater space, power and versatility to the Classic range, making it equally suitable as a substantial yacht tender or a compact family RIB. Measuring 3.96 m in overall length and 1.92 m in beam, it accommodates up to 8 people and can be powered by an outboard of up to 50 hp. Its durable aluminium hull, double-decked interior and generous storage are complemented by different seating and console configurations, allowing the CL400 to be tailored for tender duties, coastal exploring and recreational days on the water.

Exterior

The CL400 is built around Highfield's high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull, providing excellent strength and durability while remaining practical to handle. Its double-deck construction creates a comfortable deck surface, while the large bow locker, full-length keel guard, lifting points and towing eyes make the boat particularly suitable for regular tender use. ORCA® Hypalon or PVC tubes are available.

Interior

With capacity for up to eight people, the CL400 provides considerably more usable space for passengers and equipment than the smaller Classic models. The layout can incorporate a steering console and rear bench seat, creating a comfortable driving position while retaining useful open deck space. Generous storage helps keep equipment organised during both tender journeys and longer recreational trips.

Performance

With an outboard rating of up to 50 hp, the CL400 represents a noticeable step up in performance within the Classic range. Its rigid aluminium hull provides confident handling and durability for coastal cruising and recreational use, while the combination of relatively compact dimensions and increased power makes it equally effective as a capable yacht tender or standalone RIB.
