The Highfield PA500 is a versatile Patrol RIB that combines commercial-grade construction with a practical and adaptable layout. Accommodating up to 10 people, its 5.10-metre aluminium hull provides useful deck space while remaining compact and easy to manage. A larger console and a choice of bolster, jockey or optional suspension seating allow the layout to be configured around different requirements, from sailing club and support duties to diving, rescue work and recreational use. With its deep-V hull, self-draining deck and durable aluminium construction, the PA500 brings additional capability to the smaller end of Highfield’s Patrol range.

Exterior

The Highfield PA500 is built around a high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull with a self-draining, anti-slip deck for durability and straightforward maintenance. Heavy-duty rubbing strakes, a keel guard, lifting points, towing eyes and integrated transom supports reinforce its working credentials, while a transom ladder and bow cushion add practicality for recreational use. An optional roll bar, rear tow post and dive rack allow the exterior setup to be adapted further.

Interior

The PA500 offers a flexible deck arrangement centred around its larger console, with a choice of bolster or jockey seating to suit different uses. Suspension shock seating is also available as an option for applications where additional support is required. The carbon-finish dashboard and electrical packages for both the console and boat are standard, while the open layout leaves useful room for passengers, crew and equipment.

Performance

The Highfield PA500 features a 24° deadrise, 90-litre integrated fuel tank and maximum outboard power of 100 hp. Its deep-V aluminium hull is designed to provide confident handling and a stable, dry ride, while the Patrol range's wide chines and large-diameter tubes contribute to safety and manoeuvrability in more demanding conditions. This combination makes the PA500 equally suited to recreational adventures and more intensive support or professional duties.
