Exterior

The Highfield PA540 features a high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull with a self-draining, anti-slip deck built for regular and demanding use. Heavy-duty rubbing strakes, a keel guard, integrated transom supports, lifting points and towing eyes provide additional protection and practicality. A transom ladder and bow cushion are standard, while optional equipment including a roll bar and alternative console and seating configurations allows the exterior layout to be adapted to different applications.

Interior

The PA540 provides an open and adaptable onboard layout with plenty of usable deck space for passengers, crew or equipment. Different console and seating options can be selected depending on the intended use, with an optional suspension seat available for additional support. A carbon-finish dashboard and electrical packages for the console and boat are included as standard, maintaining the functional and durable approach of the Patrol range.

Performance

The Highfield PA540 features a 25° deadrise aluminium hull, a 105-litre integrated fuel tank and maximum outboard power of 115 hp. Its deep-V hull is designed to provide confident handling and a comfortable, dry ride in challenging conditions, while the combination of wide chines and large-diameter tubes contributes to stability and manoeuvrability. This makes the PA540 well suited to both longer recreational trips and more demanding professional operation.
