The Highfield Ultralite 240 is the smallest model in the current Ultralite range, designed for owners who want an exceptionally lightweight tender without giving up the durability of an aluminium hull. Measuring 2.40 m in overall length and 1.54 m in beam, it accommodates up to 3 people and weighs just 33 kg. Its open-deck layout, high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull and maximum 6 hp engine rating make the UL240 ideal for short ship-to-shore journeys, exploring beaches and everyday tender use.

Exterior

The UL240 combines a lightweight inflatable tube structure with a high-tensile chromated and powder-coated aluminium hull, creating a tender that is both easy to handle and built for regular use. An anti-slip deck, full-length keel guard, lifting points, towing eyes and lightweight rubbing strake add practicality and protection, while buyers can choose between ORCA® Hypalon or PVC tubes.

Interior

The simple open-deck layout maximises the available space within the UL240's compact dimensions. A removable seat provides flexible seating for up to three people, while the uncluttered aluminium deck makes boarding, carrying equipment and cleaning straightforward. An under-seat bag is included, with an additional seat and boat cover available as options.

Performance

With a boat-only weight of just 33 kg and a maximum engine rating of 6 hp, the UL240 is designed primarily for short ship-to-shore journeys and coastal exploration. Its aluminium hull gives it the durability and confidence of a true RIB while maintaining the low weight that defines Highfield's Ultralite range.
