The Targa 25.1 TF is the fishing-focused version of the proven Targa 25.1, created as part of the Tarfish range for recreational fishing and day trips. It retains the robust hull, safe walkaround design and all-weather pilothouse of the standard model while adding features specifically suited to fishing, including direct access from the pilothouse to the large aft deck and recessed fish tank storage. Compact, practical and highly capable, the 25.1 TF is designed for those who want genuine Targa seaworthiness with a more purpose-built working deck.

Exterior

The Targa 25.1 TF is arranged around a large, practical aft deck designed specifically for recreational fishing. An aft door provides direct access between the pilothouse and working deck, while recessed fish storage helps keep the deck clear and functional. Wide side passages, high gunwales, substantial side rails and strategically positioned grab rails provide secure movement around the boat, even when conditions become demanding.

Interior

Inside, the protected pilothouse provides comfortable seating and excellent visibility while keeping passengers sheltered from changing weather conditions. The practical interior can be enhanced with optional equipment including a toilet, pantry, refrigerator and diesel heater, allowing the compact 25.1 TF to be adapted for longer days on the water as well as dedicated fishing trips.

Performance

Based on the proven Targa 25.1 hull, the 25.1 TF is engineered to deliver secure and predictable handling in challenging sea conditions. Current engine choices include single Volvo Penta diesel installations from 230 to 340 hp, single outboards up to 400 hp, and twin outboards producing up to 400 hp combined. Targa quotes approximately 35–44 knots top speed depending on the engine configuration, with a cruising range of 21–28 knots for the 270 hp installation.
