Job Summary:

Interyachting seeks a highly motivated and experienced Yacht Management and After Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our clients’ yachts and ensuring exceptional after-sales service. This role requires a strong understanding of yacht operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of yacht maintenance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Yacht Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of managed yachts, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
    • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
    • Manage budgets and expenditures related to yacht operations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and safety standards.
    • Liaise with yacht crew, providing support and resolving operational issues.
  2. After Sales Service:
    • Provide exceptional after-sales support to yacht owners, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate warranty claims and service requests with manufacturers and service providers.
    • Maintain detailed records of all service and maintenance activities.
    • Conduct follow-up surveys with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners and clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their yachts.
  4. Logistics and Coordination:
    • Coordinate the delivery and commissioning of new yachts.
    • Manage the logistics of yacht transportation, including shipping and customs clearance.
    • Assist in organizing yacht charters and events as needed.
  5. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical and operational insights during the sales process.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
    • Participate in yacht shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in yacht management, maritime operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of yacht maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and yacht management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in yacht management or maritime operations.
  • Experience with luxury yacht brands and high-net-worth clients.
  • Multilingual abilities.
